-which black component is this? placed, before gate of F60N https://ibb.co/RTBbtfVs9. • this diode S3 with a symbol? IMG-3747 hosted at ImgBB — ImgBB4
thanks
The first photo marked 40C. If following marking code standard EIA-96 40c marking stands for 25.5K ohm 1% tolerance. This should help with identifying a replacement resistor. You may need to also measure the L x W dimensions to filter options -
Chip Resistor - Surface Mount
S3 Marking does come up as a diode marking for part number 1N914BWS3

If you’re pretty sure it’s a SOD-123, then it may well be an SD101CW. A couple of our vendors use that marking for the SD101CW. • SD101CW-7-F2 Diodes Inc… • SD101CW-TP2 Micro Commercial Co. Regarding the little black part in your first image, my best guess is a resistor, but in a package too small to mark. That doesn’t help you find a replacement, however. Your best bet might be to get hold of schematics and figure it out from that.
